More Than Just Results
Heifetz Rose LLP, an AV-rated law firm, proudly opened its doors for business on January 1, 2013. This marks the thirty-fifth year of practicing law for the firm’s founder and managing partner, Richard E. Heifetz. The firm is comprised of seven civil trial attorneys, each of whom previously practiced in the Boston firm of Tucker, Heifetz & Saltzman, LLP.
The firm concentrates in insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage, business litigation, personal injury, and the defense of insurance bad faith claims. We handle cases in all state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as our neighboring states of New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
While our attorneys handle all types of civil cases, we have decades of experience in representing insurance agents and brokers in errors and omissions claims; defending arborists and landscape professionals in cases involving allegations of the wrongful cutting of trees; prosecuting and defending declaratory judgment actions on behalf of insurance companies involved in coverage disputes; representing insurers charged with engaging in unfair claim settlement practices; and defending both policyholders and insurers in environmental cleanup matters. We also represent employers, school districts, and schools in connection with employment-related practices claims such as discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation. In addition to these more unique areas of practice, we handle general liability claims such as automobile accidents, slip and fall cases, premises liability, property damage, and products liability. Our attorneys have handled all of these types of cases from pre-suit negotiations through litigation, trial, and appeal.
Strong and lasting client relationships are built on more than just results. Every case that we handle is important, regardless of its size or complexity. We know the value of communication in the attorney-client relationship. While we handle lawsuits on a daily basis, we know that the process can be stressful, confusing, and even overwhelming to our clients. We therefore make it a priority to keep our clients fully informed throughout the litigation process, to be available to them whenever they may need us.
